chinese new year celebration

cny starts with an usual visiting by my aunts and uncles
a buffet lunch
with praises in the air
an hour trip to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life
to meet those people
whom i would love to meet
thanks for those handmade biscuits by my aunt

the trip back was a little tiring
the first thing that came into sight was thick smoke rising from the green building
everything was fine
soots were everywhere
firemen put out the fire within 10 mins
truly glad to be here AGAIN
a great contribution by our "dear friends"
who can't really understand
the danger of burning their garbage there
again and again
the same thing happens...

the story ends
my best friend and her family came
its like a tradition
year after year
unexpected guests in the house
thanks again~~

its time to say goodbye
to the day
that i look forward to, the most...
playing cards watching movies
and baby as well
were the last activity for the day

the next day
where something gonna begin
shops open
people started working
helping there is a task
necessarily
did it
greatly
guess so
somehow boring
likely
planning for something
finally
did something fun
giving surprises to a birthday girl on the 28th of Jan
a cute one, a short one
not so bad after all

met former classmates
thanks for the trip on purpose
quite touching to get to know that
laughter were everywhere
in the presence of this funny guy

some changed a lot while other is still the same
a song we sang together
and then a click ends everything
we continued our journey
from houses to houses

regrets creeps in
while silence hits
i should have visited him
whom i wanted so badly
planning was out of the way

people whispered
people giggled
adieus of everyone rattled
something i dislike
though i understood the theory
of ~The Enlightened~

a little frustrated
listening to excuses
repeatedly

don't count me in
say it at first

sad to say
she betrayed herself
not much to be uttered
not much to be heard
the summary is that
we had a great time
with seniors and teachers
a new picture
captured joyfully

great effort accompanied with satisfying amount

a night gathering begins
where there were great food and people as well
met somebody
talked about almost every topic
time flies

we shall meet each other some day
